WoW Forever: boat routes, Hillsbrad stop and Stormwind Harbor
Stormwind to Auberdine, a Southshore stop and the Riverglades route: Blizzard’s announced boat connections and what remains unverified in the level 30 beta.
WoW4EverNEWSFor the players of Forever.
A short launch checklist for WoW Forever: choose a ruleset and faction together, check access and GPU, then prepare a two-part name.

Forever replaces realm selection with Normal, PvP and Roleplaying rulesets at launch; Hardcore comes later. You cannot group for dungeons or raids across rulesets or between Horde and Alliance. Switching rulesets means creating a new character.
In PvP, Blizzard allows only one faction per player within that ruleset. Settle this with your group before anyone creates a character.
The base game launches with an active WoW subscription or game time; an upgrade pack is not required just to play. Sign in to the Battle.net account you intend to use and update the desktop app before launch night.
Blizzard requires at least AMD GCN 1, NVIDIA Maxwell or Intel Skylake GPU architecture. Some examples it calls compatible are still below the overall minimum system requirements, so check your exact model against the full requirements.
Your two-part name must be unique within your region. Have several complete combinations ready. Owners of an eligible upgrade can create and customize up to three characters during the October 27–November 3 early reservation window; names are first come, first served.
Reservation is not early access. Blizzard has not announced a final-client preload in these sources: do not mistake the beta installation for the launch client. Check official news and Battle.net on launch eve rather than assuming an earlier opening.
