WoW Forever Priest leveling build: talents 10–20

Priest Shadow and wand in WoW Forever: level 10–20 talent order, selected rank effects and practical advice for adapting your leveling build to solo quests.

The short version

  • Priest · Shadow and wand · 10–20
  • Discipline 2 / Shadow 9

Priest — wand and Shadow

This start assumes you have a wand equipped: the first two points immediately improve its damage. Spirit Tap reduces recovery after your kills. We finish with range; this route does not yet unlock Mind Flay. Twilight Focus appears in one guide but is absent from the checked export, so it is excluded.

What these talents change while leveling

Wand Specialization 2/2 increases wand damage by 25%. Without an equipped wand, these opening points do nothing: check your weapon first.

After an eligible kill, Spirit Tap 5/5 doubles Spirit for 15 seconds and allows mana regeneration at 50% of its normal rate while casting. The aim is to keep moving between enemies with fewer breaks.

Improved Shadow Word: Pain adds 6 seconds to the spell. A target that dies quickly may never use that extra duration. Shadow Reach 2/2 then adds 20% range to offensive Shadow spells.

The tradeoff to know

This path ends at Discipline 2 / Shadow 9, without Mind Flay. It is for solo play with a wand, not a dedicated group-healing allocation. Twilight Focus is excluded because the guide’s talent name is absent from the consulted dataset.
